Total Regen is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the demolition, groundworks, and section 278 works for a 58-bed care home in Chester. In collaboration with Silver Sea Developments, we are eager to apply our extensive expertise to this significant project aimed at enhancing the lives of elderly residents.
Design and Amenities for Residents
The care home will feature a thoughtfully designed layout, providing residents with comfortable living spaces. The 58 beds will be arranged in flexible wings to ensure privacy and spaciousness. This care home will span two floors, with a basement housing vital facilities such as the kitchen, laundry, and plant rooms. Located conveniently on Chester Road, it will boast a dedicated main entrance for seamless access.
Enhancing Quality of Life
To cater to the diverse needs of our residents, the design includes various amenities aimed at enhancing their quality of life. Each bedroom will be equipped with en-suite bathrooms focused on safety and accessibility. Communal areas such as lounges, dining rooms, and activity rooms will promote social engagement. Furthermore, beautifully landscaped gardens with accessible footpaths will provide serene outdoor spaces for relaxation and nature enjoyment.
