The proposed care home is specifically designed to cater to the needs of elderly residents, providing them with a comfortable and safe living environment. The 58 beds will be laid out in flexible wings, ensuring that each resident has ample space and privacy. The care home will span two floors, with a basement that will house essential facilities such as the kitchen, laundry, and plant room areas. Conveniently located on Chester Road, the care home will have a dedicated main entrance, providing easy access for residents and visitors alike.

To ensure the convenience of residents and their families, there will be 23 dedicated parking spaces, including 3 disabled car bays. Additionally, there will be a designated delivery and ambulance bay. For those who prefer cycling, we have also included secure parking for 12 cycles. The well-being and comfort of the residents are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, all bedrooms will be equipped with en-suite bathrooms designed with safety and accessibility in mind. We understand the importance of providing a range of amenities to enhance the residents’ quality of life.

That’s why our design includes a hairdresser’s salon, a café, and a cinema room. We have also incorporated assisted bathrooms to ensure that residents can maintain their independence while receiving the necessary support. In addition to the individual living spaces, the care home will feature communal areas where residents can socialise and engage in various activities. Each floor will have lounges, dining rooms, and flexible day rooms, providing residents with ample opportunities to interact and form meaningful connections.

The care home will also have beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with raised planters and fully accessible footpaths. These outdoor spaces will provide a peaceful and serene environment for residents to enjoy nature and relax.
